Erik Saglia, in the occasion of his solo exhibition at Tile Project Space, develops a project starting from the study of the pictorial techniques belonging to the Italian tradition, when architecture and painting acted together and became one the support of the other. The first provided height and monumentality, the other created illusions, prospectives and narrations. Looking at the Tile's architectural structure, the artwork isn't supposed to be as a site specific, but rather as the creation of another architectural space, produced by the close relation between the two arts.
