Thomas Brambilla Gallery was founded in 2010 and is dedicated to the promotion of international artists who redefine artistic languages and forms while engaging in dialogue with the urgencies of the present. Since its inception, the gallery has established itself as a platform for research and experimentation, uniting the radicality of historical avant-gardes with the most innovative trajectories of contemporary practice. Its program brings together seminal figures such as Lynda Benglis, Maggi Hambling, David Novros, John Giorno, and John Torreano, with the experimental voices of younger artists including Jack Pierson, Thomas Helbig, and Marco Cingolani. The gallery is equally committed to internationally acclaimed artists like Anatoly Osmolovsky and Wim Delvoye, while also introducing emerging talents such as Erik Saglia. Over the years, the gallery has gained recognition for exhibitions of significant scope, including the first Italian presentation of Benglis, major retrospectives of Klaus Rinke, the inaugural Italian double solo show dedicated to Novros, and debut Italian exhibitions of Joe Zucker and John Torreano, alongside a second solo show for Ron Gorchov. In 2021, it expanded its program with the first Italian solo exhibitions of Jack Pierson, Robert Feintuch, and Maggi Hambling, as well as a second solo exhibition of Rinke. Recent presentations include solo exhibitions of David Deutsch, Wim Delvoye, and Bryan Hunt, alongside new projects by Hambling and Benglis. Following the recent solo exhibition by Sam Samore and the first major museum retrospective dedicated to John Giorno, the gallery continues its institutional commitment with an upcoming museum retrospective of Klaus Rinke, reaffirming its role as a pivotal site where historical significance and contemporary innovation converge.
